Who we are...

Prostate Support Group for Working Men W.A. will focus on younger men returning to work after treatment. The group incorporates yoga, mindfulness, social activities such as pickleball and badminton, and practical guidance on pelvic floor recovery. The Prostate Support Group for Working Men W.A. aims to reduce isolation, encourage early engagement with treatment pathways, and build resilience within local families and workplaces.

“It’s about mateship, wellbeing and turning recovery into strength, because exercise is medicine."

In the spirit of reconciliation, Prostate Support Group for Working Men W.A. acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to Elders, past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
